Two for two. The team at Sound Concept is world-class. They installed an incredible sound system in my 488 spider a few years ago. Now they installed an amazing system in my Ford Bronco Raptor. Despite the inauspicious store, they install incredible systems in high end cars (I picked up my Raptor and there was a Lambo and Ferrari being worked on.). What I really love, beyond the incredible work and sound, of their systems, is Bruce and team always care about producing the best product possible. You never feel like they are doing the bare minimum but rather they are pulling out all of the stops to produce the best.

via GoogleI was having problems with the Audio/GPS system on my 2014 Ford Edge. I was sure the owner (Bruce) was going humor me, then tell me that my car was old and he needed to replace the whole system. Instead, he walked out to my car and asked me to show him the problem. In a couple minutes he reproduced the problem, reset and recalibrated the control screen. I was saved! Thank you. Had I gone to the dealer, it would have taken weeks and hundreds (or thousands). I can’t say enough about the kind and expert service I received at Sound Concept.

However, Bruce didn’t mind me coming in at 4 to get the job done. I really love my new Sony CarPlay head unit. It works really well with Google Maps and connects to my phone flawlessly. These guys do amazing work. I highly recommend this place for radio work even though it’s expensive it’s certainly worth it. Overall I’m very satisfied with the work done and I’m happy to pay great hard working people like Bruce and his team. Thanks again Bruce for taking me in at 4! Jose was very helpful too I liked how he showed me how the system works.
