All service appointments are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to:

• Reschedule appointments due to unforeseen circumstances
• Require a deposit for certain services or high-value installations
• Cancel appointments if the vehicle is not in suitable condition for service
• Charge additional fees for services not covered in the original estimate

4. Pricing and Payment

• Ensuring the vehicle is in safe operating condition
• Removing personal belongings from the vehicle before service
• Backing up any electronic data that may be affected by modifications
• Following all care instructions provided after service completion
• Notifying us immediately of any issues with completed work
