Corvette Z06: Custom Audio Fabrication + Stealth Radar Upgrade

For this build, our team engineered custom fiberglass subwoofer enclosures, upgraded the front-stage audio system with precision-cut panels and dampening, and installed an Escort Redline 360c radar system with concealed front sensors.

Doors were stripped, prepped, and layered with resonance-control dampening
Custom-cut wooden rings and adapters ensured rigid mounting points for upgraded speakers
Each door was resealed and reinforced, improving mid-bass response and eliminating rattles

Custom Fiberglass Subwoofer Enclosures

Hand-laid fiberglass molds were crafted into precision sub boxes
Designed for durability and acoustic accuracy while blending with the Corvette's limited cabin space
Finished with matching carpet to ensure a factory-clean look
